The Incredible Halloween

Since we have a baby Jack Jack, we thought we'd be The Incredibles for Halloween!
We've got Baby Jack Jack, Dash, Elastigirl, and of course, Mr. Incredible. Where was Violet you ask? Well, using her invisibility, of course!
We had a dress rehearsal at home because we found out Daddy was going to miss Halloween because of a work trip... you know, Mr. Incredible was whisked off to the island of Nomanisan, and the rest of our Incredible family was out to go find him!

Fighting the villians, these boys keep me safe (and laughing!)

Off we went to downtown trick-or-treating!

There was lots of candy eating as soon as it hit the buckets.

We ran into lots of friends!

It was very cold and windy, so Jackson had to do a lot of peaking out from the wagon umbrella, but we all still had a great time!

There was a lot of excitement, and Jackson was already a bit sugar sloshed.
Apparently I missed his hole-in-one, but captured a bit of Mason's candy buzz too.

And yet I still let them have cotton candy!

Before trick-or-treating through the neighborhood that evening, we went to Mae's house for dinner.

The boys decided to switch into Batman and Robin for the remainder of the evening.

Our last house before heading home was our friends, the Andersons. They had just gotten home from trick-or-treating themselves and we decided to head in and play for a bit! It was a great ending to a super fun packed day!
(but we missed you, Daddy!)

October 2015

Happy New Year! Time for me to catch up on last October's post ;)

To start off the month: Mason's self portrait! <3 <3 <3

He was the only student who picked an "o" for his mouth, and of course a Spiderman belt!

(I believe Stan came along for all of this as well)

LOVING Mason's piano teacher... our practice sessions don't go NEARLY this well!

Who knew this picture would be so telling of the future... Jackson has turned into quite the little rocker! He LOOOOOVES guitars!

I love how happy the boys are!

We decided to check out their apple orchard too.

Jackson apparently couldn't wait until we got home to test them out!
