Week 40: Nov 10-16

I didn't take any notes (or many pictures, really) this week, but Jackson did have his 9 month check up!
19 lb, 2 oz (20%ile)
28.25 in (50%ile)
Head: 45.9 cm (80%ile)

I had to go back and do some research (thank goodness for the weekly blog!) to find out that Mason was more than a pound heavier (20 lb, 9.4 oz) and about the same height (28.5") at 40 weeks!  And also - Mason was confirmed as talking by his 40-weeks ("pup!"), so... not to compare my children too much, but you're falling behind Jackson!  ;)

Mason is Bob the Builder, and is using Jim's real drill to "fix" the back of his kitchen.
Jim was home from work on Veteran's Day.
Here's Jackson trying to get his attention while Daddy did school work.
Somehow gymnastics class has dwindled to just Mason and Mae (have I mentioned this already?). His instructor was telling me we should move him up to the 3-5 year old class, which I think we will look into doing in January after music class ends, and there is no time conflict.  (It would be nice to not have to lug Jackson around the gymnastics floor [particularly during the time of day he is supposed to be napping], but I would sure miss participating with Mas! [which I don't really get to do very well holding Jackson anyway].  I feel like I've said all this before ~ oh well!)
Sharks swimming to the next station
Jackson participating... and sucking up all the germs off of the disgusting bar!
Daring to sit on the trampoline while Brother bounces!
Sweet 9-month dinky baby!
From a seated position, he can pull himself up from standing!
An exciting addition to the weekly calendar!
Flying to North Carolina to see Lola next Thursday (and then onward to Sassy and Pops the following Tuesday)!
Family fun for 40 weeks
A few good out-takes
And the prize photo!
Jackson's reaction to Daddy and Mason playing silly... and wanting some attention of his own!
