Perhaps TMI in the Mason category tonight, but that's what you get with a 2 3/4 year old ;)
- Mason was telling Jim all about how my boobs move when I use the breast pump. "They go back and forth and back and forth"
- He also provided sound effects by saying "PLOP" when his poop dropped into the toilet.
- This one might have been the next week, but while I'm on a roll: He told our neighbor boys (middle and high school age), "boys have junk, and girls don't have junk, they just have a hole to pee out of."

Jackson:
- loves touching my nose and mouth. I ask "where's mommy's nose" but I don't think he's quite responding to that yet.
- loves it when you touch his nose too :). Almost guaranteed smiles!

The night this went down, I blamed the one piece of Halloween candy I had given him. But after repeat bouts throughout the week(s), I think it was spending the ENTIRE day (like 7 am til 6 pm) at school. Unfortunately that's how it has to go when Jim is out of town and I have to handle drop off / pick ups and I work an hour away.
Anyway, this crazy monkey got into trouble with all this energy (he was quite a danger to his baby bro!), and had to go to his room while I did Jackson's weekly picture...
Invited back to participate in said weekly picture... he said, "I don't want to say cheese." When I asked what he wanted to say he said, "I lost my words."
But somehow he managed to pull it together and take a pretty awesome brother selfie!
Cracker Jack is working on moving!
High in the sky and a flip... but prefers high in the sky.
This night was greenie beanie success!
A little butter and miracle blend, and both boys were gobbling them up!
Mason asked for THIRDS!!
I call this the Frat House :)
It's a tough life in the PNW. That darn sun just shines RIGHT in the window while trying to watch a movie!
The boys at music class
Jackson really gets into it!
The sitter seems to really enjoy the boys.
I mostly enjoy how relaxed she is with them, and how she finds them funny enough to take pictures of to share with me!
"bubble chapeaux"
Daddy's back home, and we enjoyed some family bedtime fun.
Jackson wanted his hands all up in it, and when we wouldn't let him...
He decided to pull himself up (and almost over) the bed rail!
Right: just stopping to adore my sweet sleeping growing boy!
Perhaps requiring less hours and $$ at the salon, we're trying something new here... Copper Top!
Saturday movie + pizza picnic.
Jackson was all about the pizza, trying to crawl over me to get more!
(This might become a regular event... it's kind of nice going to the grocery store for the week on a Saturday late afternoon, but then getting pizza on the way home instead of cooking!)
Working on movement: we've got the head-crawl, and the up-on-the-knees maneuver!
My breakfast buddy
more knee business
A few attempts
Practicing our cookie making skills - we're going to have a Christmas party in early December!
Water trail, 5 pm.
We got stuck out in the pitch black... thankfully Mason lit up!
Jim helped him stand up, but then he stayed there for a while!
A visit to the Pike's Place Market when we picked Jim up from the airport
A little Saturday "fitball"!
