Week 16: May 26 - June 1

Thank goodness that the Monday after we got back from our trip was Memorial Day.  That meant Daddy was home, yay!  I thought that would mean I would get a lot done as far as unpacking, laundry, and life-catch-up, but I was soooooo tired, I felt pretty worthless!  In fact, it really took me the whole week to catch back up.

Mason:
- Unfortunately his potty training took a step back from all of our travels, since we were just wearing pull ups all the time by the end of our trip.  I tried to get us right back into "unders" when we got home, but there were a few accidents this first week home.
- He had his 2 year check up on Tuesday.  Hurray for no shots, and other than a flu shot, no more until he's 4!  He still hasn't broke 30 lbs, even with clothes and Crocs on!
His measurements were:
Weight:29.8 lb ~ 50-60%ile
Height: 37.25" ~ 90%ile
Head:49.3 cm ~ 50%ile
- Also on Tuesday, he was officially moved over to the preschool room at school.  He actually seemed pretty shy when I dropped him off, but seemed happy every day when I picked him up.  Though he actually said to me on two different occasions, "I don't like my friends in the preschool class" (once before actually going back to school on Tues).  Since I'm actually blogging about this 2 weeks later, I can say that we found out that initially his classmates treated him like the "little kid," wanting to hold his hand and help him with everything, but that they have learned that he is just "one of them," ha ha.

Jack Jack's starting to get into his toys, and getting them into his mouth!
Most likely due to how exhausted I was, I didn't take many (any??) pictures this week.  Cheers for Daddy picking up my slack, and taking Mason out for a fun day of hiking, throwing rocks, and all things PNW.

But you know, I probably would have stayed a bit closer to that little Danger Ranger ;)

Jackson loves watching his hands open and close and reach for things
